Dr. Tatiana Domingues Aguiar works as a lecturer in Corporate Communication at the UvA.

In 2015, she presented her thesis research on the cooperation and engagement of employees participating in online communities. She investigated to what extend the use the collaborative tools influence employees in the processes of creating online communities and of organising their collective activity. She currently works on a SWOCC research project on influencer marketing, which will provide a guide for organizations to better understand the practice of Influencer Marketing and to take an informed decision about when and how to include social media influencers in their marketing strategy.
